Apsrtc recruitment to the posts of Officer Under training (General) and Officer Under Training (Technical) written examination held on 26.06.2011. This recruitment of results released at apsrtc official website www.apsrtc.gov.in in recruitment page. Candidates can check your result at above website. The qualified candidates short list was notified on the above website. Provisionally for interviews will commence from 03.08.2011(Wednesday) at 10.00 AM. Certain instructions were also issued to the provisionally short listed candidates regarding the certificates to be kept ready through the web on 07.07.2011. It is now notified that INTERVIEWS for the above posts will commence from 03.08.2011(Wednesday) at 10.00 AM and as such the following instructions are issued.

INSTRUCTIONS: All the candidates short listed for interview provisionally have to attend at office on 03.08.2011 at 10.00 AM along with the following original certificates. SSC certificate, Basic qualification certificate ie the certificate by virtue of which they are eligible for the post, Basic Qualification Marks list of each year and Consolidated Marks Memo, Additional qualification certificate if any, Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority only. Integrated caste/community certificate to be produced.

In case of others the certificate should not have been obtained later than 6 months, NCC certificate if any, Sports certificate if any, School Study Certificate (4th to 10th std), Ex-service men Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen applied and claiming age relaxations, Directing letter for APSRTC departmental employees from the Unit Officer along with the information on Date of Appointment and Date of Regularization.

Two sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer with seal. One passport size photograph to be pasted on a white paper and to be submitted as per the format download in apsrtc website.

Government of Andhra Pradesh, Schools Education Department: The Qualified candidates of LPCET-2011 are informed to attend the counselling for admission into Government / Privates Pandit Training Colleges for the year 2011-12 as per the schedule given below at KEYS GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL, NEAR SECUNDERABAD, RAILWAY STATION, SECUNDERABAD.

The candidates should produce all the certificates in ORIGINAL viz. (i) LPCET-2011 Rank Card & Hall Ticket. (2) Pass Certificate / Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination. (3) Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C) (4) Study certificates for preceding seven years ending with the year in which the candidate first appeared for the qualifying examination in respect of regular candiates having school study and local area certificate for specified specified seven years period in respect of those who have studied privately by virtue of residence for the part or specified period as the case may be issued by Tahsildar concerned (5) Integrated Community Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates (6) Latest income certificate of parents of SC & STs less than Rs. 2,00,000/- and BC candidates claiming fee exemption if the income from all sources is less than Rs. 1,00,000/- P.A. The income certificates issued by Tahsildar after 01.01.2011 will alone be accepted (7) Residence certificate of Father / Mother for a period of 10 years in A.P., excluding the period of employment outside A.P. from Tahsildar in case of Non-Local candidates and (8) transfer Certificate.

Fee: 2,600/- for Governement Colleges, 16,000 for Private Colleges. Counselling fee Rs.200/- and Registration fee Rs.100/- for each candiate. Fee shall be remitted in cash at the counters available in the counselling centre.
