Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) Has published High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2011 Result. HSLC Result Manipur 2011 announced on 12th June, 2011 at 8:45 PM.
Manipur literally meaning “A jeweled land” nestle deep within a lush green corner of North East India. It is birth place of Polo. This is the place where Rajashree Bhagyachandra created the famous Ras Lila, the classical dance of Manipur, out of his enchanting dream by the grace of Lord Krishna.
