EAMCET 2011 Medical Counselling Dates,Schedule,Notification for Admissions into MBBS/BDS Courses in Andhra Pradesh State.
Dr. NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES,A.P,VIJAYAWADA-8 Notification for Counselling for Admission into MBBS / BDS Courses for the Academic Year 2011-12The Rank holders of EAMCET-2011 are directed to attend the counseling for admission into MBBS / BDS Courses for the academic year 2011-12 at the following centers as per the schedule given below. The candidates need not to submit any application form for admission into MBBS / BDS Courses .
Counselling Eligibility for admission into MBBS/BDS courses:
1 | The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated 18.05.2009. |
2. | The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.

3 | The candidate should have qualified in EAMCET-2011

4 | The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2011. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2011 need not attend the counseling. The candidates born on or after 02-01-1995 are not eligible to attend the Counseling for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses. |
5 | The candidates who wish to claim seats under Anglo Indian, Sports & Games, CAP (Army), NCC & Physically challenged (PH) also need to fulfill the above eligibility criteria |
One year Compulsory Rural Service: As per G.O.Ms. No. 165, HM & FW (E1) Dept., dated 20.07.2010, the Medical / Dental graduates passing out of the Govt. Medical and Dental colleges as well as Private Medical and Dental (Minority and Non-minority) colleges in the State shall serve one year Compulsory Rural Medical / Dental service.

2. If the candidate fails to pay the fee after choosing the seat, the seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice. The candidates will not be given any extension of time to pay the fee.
3. The University Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
EAMCET 2011 Medical Counselling Fee (non- refundable): All the candidates who attend the counseling have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- for OC /BC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates as counseling fee at the reception counter of the counseling center irrespective of their selection /admission. The counseling fee receipt can be produced in subsequent counselings for entry into the counseling center.
NOTE: Certificates verification and counseling dates for special category seats i.e., Anglo Indian, Sports
& Games, CAP (Army), NCC, Physically Challenged (PH) categories will be notified shortly.
Certificates to be produced at the time of counseling: The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates (mentioned below) and two sets of attested Xerox copies.
(1). Hall Ticket of EAMCET -2011. (2) Rank card of EAMCET -2011 (3). S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth.(4) Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent Examination. (5) Transfer certificate. (6) Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate. (7)Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar. (8) Candidates claming eligibility of reservation under Special categories should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim. (9) Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed. (a) Scholarship certificate (b) Income Certificate of Parent issued by M.R.O / Tahsildar on or after 01.01.2011 (c) Service records & SSC/ SSLC certificate of parent/ relative if parent is not in-service. (10) The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the Service certificate issued by the competent authority, Income certificate of the Parent. (11) Any other relevant certificates.
NOTE:
(1)The details of seats available in various colleges (both Govt. and Private) will be displayed at all the counseling centers and on the University Website. (2) The SC / ST candidates selected into the seats in Govt. colleges, ‘A’ category and ‘B’ category seats in private unaided non-minority colleges are eligible for fee exemption whose parental income is less than Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) per annum. The BC / OC PH candidates selected into the seats in Govt. colleges and ‘A’ category seats in private unaided non-minority colleges are eligible for fee exemption whose parental income is less than Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) per annum. (3)The candidates who are not present physically in person will be treated as absent in all aspects.(4) For filling up of 85% Local and 15% Un Reserved seats the procedure prescribed in G.O.(P) No. 646, Education (W) Dept., dated 10-07-1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No. 42, Higher Education (EC.2) Dept., dated 18.05.2009 will be followed.(5) Only one Parent or Guardian is allowed along with candidate for the counseling.
